That's right, Strong and Shapely in East Rutherford has hosted many bodybuilding greats such as Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Victor Martinez, Dorian Yates, Chris Dickerson, Lynda Murray, Valentina Chepiga & Andrulla Blanchette.
Other celebrities who have trained at Strong and Shapely are Triple H, The Rock, John Cena, Joe Weider, Steve Tyler and MANY MORE...
SOOOOOO, why wouldn't I brag that I-USBF Figure Pro, MJ Carlesi, made THE WALL OF FAME at Strong and Shapely?
While I am not technically on the wall yet, the photo that will grace the walls of this iconic gym is currently being displayed on the bulletin board of the gym floor.
Gym owner, Bob Bonham, assures me he has a WONDERFUL spot picked out for me.
